Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

How long does shipping take?

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, which typically delivers within 48 hours (2 business days). Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are usually shipped the same day.

Which carrier do you use?

We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your order on the Royal Mail website.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. You can return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. See our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact Us form. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 48 hours. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

Are your Magic: The Gathering cards authentic?

Yes, all of our Magic: The Gathering cards and sealed products are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors.

What condition are your products in?

All of our products are sold as new and unopened unless otherwise stated in the product description. Preconstructed decks are in their original sealed packaging.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order for a full refund *before* it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
